Your dates are reserved immediately. Transfer the 30% deposit within 3 days, or by arrival for short-notice bookings. The remaining 70% and overnight tax are payable on site. Bank details appear after completion.

Charges & cancellation for direct bookings

Final cleaning and pets are included in the price. No security deposit is required. An additional overnight tax of €1 per adult per night is payable in cash on site.

If you cancel your direct booking, the advance payment already paid, equal to 30% of the total price, is retained.

The remaining guests count as children. Overnight tax: €1 per adult per night.
